Frequently Asked Questions
-
What is the cost and duration of an academic subscription?
Pricing is dependent on the number of users who will have access. The subscription duration is for one year. If you choose the digital and print subscription, you will receive four print magazine issues during the year.
-
How does subscription access work for academic subscriptions?
You’ll provide your IP ranges with your order (directly or through your agent), and we will make sure your IP has full access to our content. Your subscription includes electronic access to the full text of articles for the term of the subscription.
-
My organization has a subscription, but we did not receive our print issue. What should I do?
Please make claims for missing copies as soon as possible. We will send replacement copies for an account twice but will not provide more replacements after two attempts. Organizations must claim missing copies within one year of the publication date of the specified issue. If attempting to claim after one year has elapsed, organizations may purchase missing copies at shop.dev03.mitsmr.io. Send all claims to smr-help@mit.edu. Be sure to provide a complete and accurate address with all subscription orders and claims, as well as the account number.
