Work/24: The Human Factor

Work/24: The Human Factor

Organizations need to pay attention to technology’s impact on work, but if they fail to focus on their people as well, they put their business models, employees, and customers at risk. A half-day MIT SMR summit in May 2024 brought together experts in artificial intelligence, change management, and workplace culture. Their goal: to help leaders understand how teams can thrive in an AI-fueled world of work.
